Haiti - Les compagnies pétrolières sont fâchées contre le BMPAD
L'Association des professionnels du pétrole (APP) a quelque peu grondé le BMPAD à cause, soutient-elle, d'une acquisition de gasoil « sans appel d'offres ».
Le président de cette association, Cédric Bouquety, par lettre au directeur du BMPAD Fils-Aimé Ignace St-Fleur, en date du 14 juin, rappelant le courrier du 31 mai, a « informé » que ses membres « refuseraient de recevoir du gasoil sans qu'un appel d'offres soit organisé pour les importations à venir ».
Par ce choix, les membres de l'Association des professionnels du pétrole veulent « assurer » à cette « industrie de pouvoir continuer d'exercer son activité dans des conditions normales de gouvernance et de transparence ».
