Although this post is from 2011 and I agree however my opinion of the people who have some better situation then others in Haiti s business behavioral have brought me to think otherwise.

I am the agent who sold Kaliko Beach Resort and one of the sellers in charged literally underpaid me. I voluntarily reduced my 5% Haiti rate commission for each side to a 1.5% each side sellers and buyers to easy the sale however was paid 1.25% and the seller in question refuses to pay the missing..25%.

I've been fighting for almost 3 yrs now.

I'm stuck in Haiti, had to come back and I'm being ignored even after 2 court request to pay and blocking all bank accounts.

No I'm not happy I'm a licensed in Quebec California and NY international realtor.

I will fight till I win.
