That s ridiculous.

So he s 21 years old and is an analfabet coz he don t have a birth certificate and he wait 21 years to ask for one to be able to go school.

Are serious ?! That story is nonsense.

First of all his mother is dominican so that s make h i m an dominican automatically.

He don t need a father to have a birth certificate.

There is a lot of public school in DR.

He choose to be an anaphabet.

He s 21 years old isn t an orphan anymore is an grown man who choose is on path.
