He should be buried in Haiti as long as his family is willing to spend its own money for covering his funeral expenses.

He is not an honorable man because he didn't look for what best Haiti and its people when he was endowed with power to do so. Great leaders always accomplish great things on behalf of their subjects.

He along with his cronies was demagogue and therefore disqualified himself for a state funeral.
