He does not have to go if he does not feel good about it. He can settle in La Gonave with two motor boats sailing the North, the South making travel easier for the merchants to transport their merchandise.

A motor boat can go to the Grande Anse and return to Port au Prince every day, a motor boat can go to Latortue and return to Port au Prince the same day. He is a millionaire.

Now that his term is finished, he can build hotels in La Gonave, au Cap and be a businessmen in the real estate and the hospitality industry.

He should create jobs and rebuild Haiti.

He is an achieved man. Hail to the chief.
