With all those malandrins vying for power, it is certain that Haiti will be entered in the same political quagmire of heretofore, reminiscent of the old Duvalier area.
I think that certain criteria is to be put in place in order to be qualify for entering the presidential race. A sound education should top the list and then proof that they have the support of a fair quota of the population, and finally, a certain financial independence.
