OK something looks fishy in your calendar.

How can elections be on 27 DEC 2015 and they give the results on 15 NOV 2015?

How can you you have the results before the elections?

Unless there is some Fraud already going on. Ce sel an Haiti moi Decembre vini anvan moi Novembre.
