Haiti - Electoral Council (CEP) meeting with Political parties this Wednesday to discuss Electoral Calendar... CEP Members and Haitian party leaders are presently at the Karibe Convention Center to talk elections...

CEP President Pierre Louis Oppont announced this scheduled meeting last week, 4 March 2015 during a visit my Prime Minister Evans Paul at CEP headquarters.

Haitian radio reports the CEP and political party leaders will work on the electoral calendar during this meeting...

Here are some dates from the proposed calendar:

9 Aug 2015 - First round elections of the Legislative branch to replace 118 Deputes and two thirds of the Senate...

8 Sep 2015 - Publication of the results of the first round elecitons

25 Oct 2015 - Second round of Legislative, municipal elections and Presidential elections

22 Nov 2015 - Elections results

27 Dec 2015 - Second round of the Presidential elections

15 Nov 2015 - Elections results

How can elections be on 27 DEC 2015 and they give the results on 15 NOV 2015?

How can you you have the results before the elections?
