This guy talks for talking, because his mouth is too loose and he does not even know what he is talking about.

If He had used a bit of common sense in his thinking, he would know that a contract is a contract and to bridge any contract, you will have to pay a lot of damages.

So all in all, I would say to ignore such a person and waiting for some force to get rid of him like it has happened to the rest of them....

since he thinks he is the law and yet he is a lawless, an enemy of PEACE AND LAW....
