Haiti - We should change the way our government function, anyone who thinks they are above the law should be punished

If the police was in control of what their duty is as officers, they should have put him under arrest Deputy Belizaire himself, as it's the judge who would decide whether if has immunity or not. We should change the way our government function, anyone who thinks they are above the law should be punished.

I've been at the international airport, some officials can walk through the immigration gate without being checked, in industrial countries those kinds of behavior are not tolerated
