Since Jean Claude left Haiti or was force to leave by the Americans, has Haiti Improve?

Today you have so much crime and gangs in Haiti.

people get kidnapped, and raped.

your nice car get stolen do you have some place to go and report the theft of your car with hope of getting it back.

If you see your stolen car being driven on the street can you call the police to report the theft of your nice car with hope of getting it back.

If you were Jean Claude Duvalier What would you have done different?

If Michelle was the president of Haiti today what will Michelle do to make Haiti a better place?

I think Jean Claude learn a good lesson when he was exile to France.
