USA voter registration card says Democrat or Republican to vote in primary elections - Does Haiti have primary elections?

In the USA different states have different rules.

In NY State the reason the election card says if you are a Democrat or Republican or Working Families Party, etc. is so you can vote in the primary election of your party.

You do not have to register in a party, but if you are an Independent you can't vote in the primary elections.

In the general election any registered voter can vote for anyone on the ballot and it is supposed to be secret.

I don't think Haiti has primary elections.
