I believe Haitian Diaspora deserves much better than that. They do not want the Diaspora to be involve in the political system, but they want the money.

So far none of Haitian in Haiti have done something for Haiti.

Anyway, this is why you find many of the Diaspora help and develop other countries and not Haiti.
