What is it with that fetuses thing around for ages?

In the first detonated H-bomb, one nuclear physcist pregnated a woman at one sacrifice table, months later they removed the fetus, add that fetus to the core of the reactor chamber completed the bomb, placed the bomb in the desert and detonate the sucker right to the sky, that was the first nuke explosion.

Just last week in China, the government seize and arrests many people fron contreband with hundreds of suitcases loaded with ground dried fetuses skins as pills.
