My sister Elizabeth, may I have your attention please.

I think there is much more important avenue to transcend as Haitian leaving abroad.For many decades, the diaspora(I mean dual citizenship and residents) had wasted so much energy trying to help Haiti.

Verbally Haiti needs Its dias pora as government officers are saying, however, legally the constitution amended in 1987,makes clear exclusion of diaspora and other sectors.

Officially, there is open political persecution and investigation against diaspora which is blocking Haiti.

I would like you to give me your opinion about this video.
