Ninety percent of information about Haiti are oral or in broadcast format rather than print such as internet and newspapers.

I owned 8 wifi radios because I am monitoring several Haitian radio stations in Haiti and around the globe.

Different models and brands do not receive exactly the same set of station.

So buy more than one to have complete coverage.

It appears the radio stations in Haiti function as mini tribunals or mini Supreme court.

Sometime legal cases are discussed first at the microphone of those radio stations.

The following internet Radio stations are very informative:

Radio Scoop=> is the best, very informative, very professional, good audio;news around the clock

Radio Kiskeya=>very informative, very professional, good audio, balanced commentaries.

Radio Caraibes=>very informative, occasionally good editorial, good audio, less professional where interlocutors or group of people tend to speak at the same time especially on Sunday.

Radio Soleil=>very informative, good editorial, poor audio and volume control with occasional distortion.
