I think the people who are running the government are very special people with very special state of mind, therefore making the State Of Haiti a very special one. They are following a special model with a major component of failure and are far from copying any model which will derive from success.

No one wants the country to take a path to success.

Which Success Model you want The State of Haiti to copy?

Failure which they purposely achieve.They are so good at it that it can be considered as their Success Model.
