Finally the world knows our Haitians politicians and Leaders are thieves, crooks by nature.

Therefore all helps come thru other presidents or countries around the world.

Good example, Venezuela give over 1/2 billion dollars thru Dominican republic Banks and controls by both countries.

In Haiti, thieves,crooks rules.
