This is bad news for Haiti to have Michel Martelly seeking relief in sins for his stresses elsewhere because the poor Haitian taxpayers will have to pay the bills for his stay in Florida crack houses and pay for his prostitutes in florida.

Martelly could have get them 100 times much cheaper in Petion-Ville, Haiti, for less than $ 500-
