Mr. Carl I'm correct in what I said.Presidential's pardon can't be done before trial, I advise you to contact a jurists if you wanna know, before you disagree with somebody's terse.why you pardon someone, first level you don't know if this person is guilty or innocence.when someone was in custody only a judge have authority to say if that person is guilty or innocence, if the judge found he's guilty and after the verdict the president in his prerogatives constitutional can pardon this person.
