who's bluffing president martely or senator moise jean-charles?

It has been reported that senator Moise Jean-Charles who accused president Michel Martely for holding foreign nationalities has not filed any documents important to the senate commission investigating the nationality of president Martely.

according to radio Signal FM, the senator Yvon Buissereth who is a member of the investigation's commission confirmed that senator Moise Jean-Charles sent only a letter which mentioned two numbers of martely's passports.

I think the senator Yvon Buissereth like commission's member will be kindness if he has called Mr. Martely to present with his green card at TNH to show the Haitian people that he only a resident permanent at the united states, otherwise senator Buissereth doesn't know what he talking about or he might be Buissereth know better than Moise Jean Charles.

I doubt deeply very strong, I know Martely " yon gason ki Gen bouch pou-l pale" like a superstar, why he keep that silence.only one way I can't believe this guy doesn't have another nationality, when he will prove he got and shows a green card.
