What has Haiti done exactly to attract investors?

Going all over the place giving long and boring speeches and blowing hot air.

Investors know full well that Haiti still does not have the basic infrustractures in place to run business meaning: business cannot run without electricity 24/7, without roads to move their products, without communication to market their products and fax orders and offers etc..

without drinking water so investors can drink and not getting sick, without an health care system so those investors can at least get the first care to keep them alive until they make it to Florida for treatment, etc. etc...

Wake up people! this is real, don't make it a fantasy or a fary tale. We, Haitians, don't seem to have the competence and the know-how to build those basic infrustractures to attract business in Haiti.
