Understood.

Sensationalism.

No argument there.

However, Haitian leaders are notorious in wasting time and time again on what is urgent instead of what is important.

Because of that we became a country of crisis.

The only thing we do is: managing crisis after crisis: social, political, economical, constitutional, ect. We only apply the laws when we are violating them. Our leaders, throughout our history, never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
