I hope the Haitian is a help for Haitian people not to take us back in the same situation we has been beaten with the own army suppose to be a protection for Haiti and the Haitian that was not happens that time. This moment I thing the haitian congress have to thing to make some law an place to let
They known what ever they did we have a law to judge them before they get functionally.
