Michel Martelly has too many intellectual, moral and mental deficiencies to be sitting in the National Palace, never mind his American citizenship.

This man with his troubled past is a total embarrassment for Haiti.

Parliament must impeach him as soon as possible before he engulf the country in total chaos and disaster.
