◙ Dr. Jorge Tomas Balseiro Estevez, a member of Cuba's humanitarian medical mission to Haiti, will speak in Kingston on Saturday, Oct. 22nd 2011. The Cuban doctors have been working in Haiti for 11 years; they have expanded to more than 1,200 medical personnel, have treated more than 300,000 patients and performed more than 8,000 surgeries.
