i'm completly agree with the thesis of our president and his question to the senator.

Normaly according the constitution the army is necessary in a country.

Unfortunately due to the bad system we knew in the past they broke it.I think president Michel related whole qualifications about that constitutional institution.

We don't know exactly what he intend personnaly to do by this project for sure but i think that the senat have to think about with wisedom.
