It would not be a bad idea, especially with all the corruptions in Haiti's politics.

However, I don't believe the system needs to be totally revamped.

It just needs a little tweaking such as giving these idiots a 30 day deadline to decide on a prime minister or they lose their rights to vote on one. And at the same time once they lose that right after that 30 day period, the president cannot re-select someone that the senators did not approve of. before the 30 day deadline.
