Can someone tell me what Clinton and Bush have done for Haiti...

Can someone tell me what Clinton and Bush have done for Haiti since the earthquake?

I'd like to know. I recently read they want to spend $200 million for the construction of a hotel.

Is that correct?

Is that Haiti't most pressing need at the moment?

If anyone has read or experienced Haiti's history of the last 20 years, I understand that these 2 former US president's have basically hindered the democratization of the country under the Lavalas governments of Aristide and Preval by aligning themselves with the minority elite transnationals against the majority poor.
