Great speech.

Most important point is free mandatory education for all. Decentralization strategy to become permament.

Eliminate the ideology to migrate to port-au prince for better life is a very delicate project, a project to approach with caution because this is a long term project.

He sounds very bold. Knowing that all power comes from God. Being president of haiti now is hard, but president Martelly needs wisdom.

Go by priority.

He will needs a second term to reach his vision for haiti.

So much to do so little time. President Martelly will do a good job only if he is humble and wise.
