Mr, Dorsinvil is resigning due to the fact that he did not properly conduct is due deligent as it should be.

Transparency is the Key for an election and it seems like Haitians authorities take advantage of the power and get paid or compensate by those bad guys.

If he gets a job somewhere else that's his business but why would he decide to leave his job in the middle of such scandal.

Laws need to be implemented and follow because it shows how those people can get away with criminals act.

Mr. Martelly needs to reinforce haitians laws and creates jails for crimininals like them....
