Marie, are you an ignorant?

What do you mean by Michel is not an educated person.

He has a bachelor degree in sociology from University of Colorado in Boulder Colorado, certificates in management and music from FSU. What more do you want from him?

He cannot be Prime-Minister because this job requires more knowledge and expertise.

The Haitian president job is so easy that a U.S. High School Diploma is enough to occupy this position.

This is a country of 9 million citizens that does not have a budget of a simple U.S. elementary school with 350 enrolled students so what more do you want from him?

He is qualified enough to lead Haiti and he will do a better job than the real educated ones. I am worried for the Prime-Minister job and not the president job which can be occupied by anyone.
