I don't even think it's a technology issues.

It's not like the United States where u have millions of register voters.

The last November election you barely had a million vote to count among all of the candidates combine.

How long does it take the CEP to manually count a million vote?

if it's even that many this time. Because we had about a 22% turnout nationwide out 4.7 millions register voter
