Clearly, General Cedras, General Namphy, General Avril and Colonel Michel Francois need to go to Haiti as soon as possible, before this situation get out of hand. I am certain that Guy Phillipe is trying to make contact with them right now.

If Baby Doc and Titid can find the passion to fly back home and help, so should the military children of Haiti.
