I don't know why Preval need another 3 months for. He thinks 3 months will make a better president?

or he has something in mind?

like shading more blood, creating more chaos between tonton macout and lavalas partisans.

He is lucky that he stay that long in power, but o fcourse will never satisfy with what he has. My advise for him is: don't cause anymore chaos so you can stay peacefully for your old days.
