I wonder what the "court order" is for. I thought he was clear of any wrongdoings.

They had nothing on him. He was free to go. All of the sudden, they found something to keep him in Haiti.

Hmmmmm, I smell a rat from Preval.

He wants to keep Duvalier in the limelight so that he can further the Celestin cause and ultimately his own. Is Jean Claude part of his game?

I wonder.
