I think Raymond Joseph is the best candiate for this job. Being the President of Haiti requires much more than popularity.

Come on. Intelligence and knowledge of how the government works is needed.

Having a grasp of Haiti's history will also allow the next leader to see what the pitfalls have been in the past and what will work in the future.

Raymond Jospeh is the man for the job. !!!
