USA has political control of Haiti but they refused to assume administrative control

A journalist in Haiti said the United States has full control of Haiti politically; however, they refused to assume their responsibility by taking control of the country administratively.

So basically, the United States is pulling all the strings and making political decisions in Haiti as bad as Haiti is right now.

After the death of President jovenel Moise, it was the United States who decided to make the interim prime minister step down for Ariel honry to assume the position. Many political analysts Haiti make that assumption.

United States is somewhat responsible for Haiti's failures they often say on the radio.

Assuming that these journalists are correct when will the USA take full responsibility for their failures in the second oldest Republic in America?

The USA has a love hate relationship with us. They don't want to help us and they don't want anybody else to help us. The people of Haiti needs in help. what is a Haitian to do?
