What about Haiti's new annual budget?
Haiti's new new law of finances (loi de finances, that's what the budget is called) was supposed to enter into force on Monday October 1st 2018 at Midnight; however, the Deputes went on vacation without voting the 2018-2019 budget.
So you're going to start hearing "le budget rectificatif 2017-2018 a été reconduit."
In Haiti whenever the new annual budget is voted in time by parliament, last year's budget automatically goes into effect for the coming year. The "budget rectificatif" in Haiti is a re-adjusted budget for a fiscal year
