Haiti Accord El Rancho 10-day deadline is over, Now what?

Mezanmi, the 10 day deadline of the Haiti El Rancho Political accord officially over... According to Article 12 of the accord, Parliament had 10 days from the signing of the agreement to amend the electoral law, if not, the Electoral Commission will continue to move forward with the Electoral Act currently in force. more »
