The purpose of this commission, according to Haiti Press Network, is to receive documented complaints of fraud and ballot stuffing, to ensure consideration by the central tabulation bureau (CTV), to ensure complaints are well-founded, receive and archive correction made by the CTV auditors and inform complainants of the action taken on their complaint.
The new commission is made up of the following members: Pierre Manigat Junior, Ricardo Augustin, Yolette Mengual, Jacceus Joseph and Mosler Georges.
