Those who have a U.S. Visa are those who have to tourist visa, who can get up anytime they want, pack their bags and go on vacation, Senator Garcia Delva said. "I don't have such a visa," he said, "I can't just get up one day and travel to Miami."
Senator Gracia Delva said, as Senator he has a Diplomatic passport with a visa on it for two years, property of the Haitian government. "I can travel only on official business and I have to have a mission before I travel," he said.
