President Preval came returned to Haiti from his short trip to the Dominican Republic yesterday
It is not a press conference, President Preval will simply an address to the nation that will be broadcasted on state owned radio and televition Radio Television National D'Haiti

Why should he manipulate the electoral process if he were honestly running the country?
He needs a cover up so no one would face justice after he left power.
