Usually when I perform a search on Google I have to add the term "Haiti" to it in order to narrow it down but this time I didn't and our Haitian political leaders came out on top of the results...
I was surprised to see Haiti tourism Minister Stephanie Villedrouin in the results, I wonder why...
Former Haiti president Jean Bertrand Aristide is on top of the list, another figure in Haiti presidential candidate Jean Henry Ceant.
Question: Why do you think Haiti ranks on top of the search results for "Persecution Politique" (Political Persecution)?

I suppose you would need a responsible and trusted police to enforce the law and an independent and transparent as well as a trusted judicial system to address and to redress the accusations and persecutions with other wrongdoings being brought forth to the courts instead of the present environment of impunity plaguing Haiti which throughout most of its history has shown itself to be a Republic of the strong in lieu of the rule of law. We might as well ask for a legislative system to legislate on behalf of the citizenry instead of its own and an excutive system to guarantee the fair and proper running of the affairs of the government and of the Republic instead of

Remember, creation of enemy image is a form of domination discourse characterized by the propaganda machine put in place by the powerful interest groups.
Even though there are political persecutions everywhere, framing Haiti as the "other" in terms of criminal discourse is not
