To the people of Les Cayes, "pay no attention to mayor Gabriel Fortuné, Moise Jean Charles "He is just a desperate cry baby and his crying days have just begun."

Following the declaration by Mayor Gabriel Fortuné asks parents to arm themselves with sticks, rocks, machetes and even guns to fight against those who don't want their children to go to school, the former senator and Pitit Desalin opposition leader said Fortuné is just embittered because is can see clearly that his power is about to come crashing down.

Moise Jean Charles asks everyone in the city of Les Cayes and the entire country to rise up against President Jovenel Moise.

Haiti : The positive forces in this nation can't afford to be passive anymore!

The mayor's call to the citizens of his city to fight for the ultimate and sacred right of their kids to go to school is not a declaration of war to the so-called opposition who want to disable and destroy the people lifestyle in this country.

The positive forces in this nation can't afford to be passive anymore, we have a moral obligation to stand for good and let's not intimidated by these political thugs.
