I did not ask the Haitian Press to SHUT UP, President Martelly says

Haitian president Martelly got grilled by the Haitian media for a sound bite that included the words SHUT UP in it but the president clarifies that he was not talking to the Media.

"It's not nice to make an uproar with this," the president says according to the web site Defend Haiti, "I did not say to the press to shut up..."

So... Who was president Martelly referring to?

Who did he tell to SHUT UP?

"Detractors," the president says, "Detractors and those who speak evil of Haiti."

After President Martelly made the clarifications he made some something else clear, according to the article:
