Haiti Parliament - NO National Assembly AGAIN Wednesday, New Commission set up to meet with President Martelly
Guess what... The National Assembly extraordinary session that was rescheduled for Wednesday, 7 January 2014, will NOT take place... There is a whole new commission en route for yet another discussion with President Martelly, 5 days before the 12 Janvier deadline!

At the end of a conference committee chairmen to the extraordinary Tuesday, senators decided to set up a Senate committee of five (5) members with a mandate to discuss with the President Michel Martelly before taking any parliamentary acts...
Recall that parliament was supposed to convene in a national assembly on 3 January, then it was rescheduled for 5 January BUT there was NO Quorum... Then it was rescheduled for the 7th...
