this is the result of the inexperience of the majority of electoral council members and the clear desire of Martelly Government to snatch the elections, Mirlande Manigat said.

According to Agence Haitienne de Presse (AHP) Manigat is calling for a vast movement of protest to prevent the validation of the August 9 votes.
