Haiti - Food Prices did not drop like Prime Minister Henry Ceant promised, citizens complain

Haitian prime minister Jean Henry Ceant promised the Haitian population that food prices would go down in the coming days in the aftermath of street protest that paralyzed Haiti for more than 7 says in early February, but citizens are still complaining.

In some parts of the country, food prices went up instead of down, according to news reports. Many Haitian citizens are asking the prime minister to keep his promise so the little people (ti pèp la) can put food on the table.
