The Caraibes FM news reporter said Political parties like BOUCLIER, Platfom Pitit Desalin, Fanmi Lavalas, and others are eentered the bed and said there will be no elections because there is no "Mandat" for their "Mandataires" to keep an eye on the elections Sunday in case other sectors want to "fè magouy" (fraud) in the elections.
